Biomutant patch adds FoV type for PC, increases level cap, tweaks loot and more

A new patch is available for Biomutant, which corrects all sorts of things.

Available for PC and PlayStation 4, Biomutant patch 1.5 is quite large and uses fixes such as crashing, tweaks loot, adds a garbage action, and much more.

With this patch, the team at Experiment 101 improved the looting encounter but tweaking how loot production works. This has reduced duplicate things and improved variety. The studio also has added a few new things that have higher stats compared to lesser rarity counterparts. This usually means an item found with a certain rarity can likewise be found after having a higher rarity with considerably enhanced stats.

The developers also added a much-requested scrap action to the loot display, which should lower the time spent cleaning up the stock.

There is also a new PC-specific feature available in the form of a setting that allows you to choose between vertical and horizontal Field of View. PC Specific

Settings

Added “HUD > Mode” setting where it’s potential to choose either “ALWAYS SHOW” & “DYNAMIC”. Selecting the “DYNAMIC” option hides the constant UI elements after a while outside combat. When “DYNAMIC” is chosen the player can start menu or fast menu to the UI elements to appear temporarily. By default, the old “ALWAYS SHOW” behavior is chosen.

Added pinned indicator to items utilized in outfits.
Ergonomically equipped index showing incorrect item after promoting another merchandise.
Added paused playtime when in the system menu or any time the game is deactivated.
Added first quest tab selection which opens either “Main” & &; ldquo;Side” quest tab according to the monitored quest.
Compelling overlapping UI when shifting tab right after quick travel.
Updated the menu with smoother transitions and eliminated the camera fades in-between selections.
Fixed issue where pressing the map would not close the map and bring you back to the game.
Fixed percent stats not being capped at 100 percent.
Fixed XP bar not being concealed when at max level.

Quests 

Fixed MkTon occasionally not spawning when talking to Gizmo.
Fixed “Lupa-Lupin’s Lair” not being completable following loading a save.
Fixed issue where bandit camp quests occasionally would not be finished.
Fixed issue where bandit camp captains occasionally would not spawn.
Fixed issue where Lotus Captain quest could be awarded multiple times that prevented consecutive pursuit duplicates from being finished.
Fixed issue where beating Bompa Bonker before beginning the corresponding quest would prevent the participant from completing the quest after loading and saving.
Fixed issue where a few exceptional quest rewards didn’t secure appropriate Material and Quality, resulting in them occasionally not having proper stats.
Fixed puzzles being usable through partitions utilizing Klonkfist.
Fixed issue where the participant could alter the allied tribe following meeting with Gizmo, Goop, Whiz or even Noko although the very first outpost hadn’t been caught.
Fixed Batnam-nam being able to receive participant damage.
