Neil Young Presents ‘Fireside Sessions III’ Video

Neil Young Presented the next installment in his Fireside Sessions video Show from he and Daryl Hannah’s house near Telluride, Colorado. Young would offer up both classics and rarities from his extensive catalog.

Since he has with the preceding two Fireside Sessions, Neil got things around his outside fire ldquo;New Mama” off of 1975’s Tonight’s The Night. The tune made its first appearance at over 40 years past fall according to Neil Young fansite Sugar Mountain. Next, Neil led inside for a piano version of “See The Sky About To Rain” in 1974’s On The Beach ahead of the Buffalo Springfield classic “I Am A Child. ” “Throw Your Hatred Down,” a tune appearing on the 1995 album Mirror Ball and debuted live the exact identical season with Pearl Jam, saw Young returning to the piano.

Back on guitar (and with harmonica), more Tonight’s The Night material followed with “World On A String,” a tune that just saw one functionality in 2019 but many at ’18 ahead of some nine-year hiatus. The Young-penned CSNY timeless “Helpless” came next. Thenback with a gorgeous fiery river, Neil shut the session out with “Already One,” a rarity from 1978’s Come’s A Time that has just been played outside of ‘78 5 times.
