Guitarist Cory Wong will Start for The String Cheese Incident to the first night of this Season ’s Red Rocks run. SCI will play the Morrison, Colorado venue July 19 – 21 with Wong aboard for the 19th.
The Greyboy Allstars were initially slated to encourage Cheese in Red Rocks but pulled out if The Rolling Stones rescheduled their North American Tour, which created GBA multi-instrumentalist and Stones saxophonist Karl Denson inaccessible to perform. Keller Williams will start on July 20 and Del McCoury Band will start on July 21. Even though Wong has performed Red Rocks with Vulfpeck, this may mark his solo debut in the venue.
