Coupled with a significant cannabis surplus, a new law in Oregon could finally empower business owners to export marijuana to other nations.
Kate Brown, Oregon’s Democratic Party, has signed Senate Bill 582 into legislation, which enables the country to negotiate and enter into arrangements to ship its marijuana off to other nations –a practice that is still barred under national law.
The bill is one of two newly signed legislation created to fight the over-saturation of marijuana in the state.
